Early Bird cost for the weekend is $125. To secure the
early bird rate, a $25 deposit must be received by
6/1/08. A $30 rate increase will be charged for deposits
received after 6/1/08 and/or final payments received
after 8/26/08. You are responsible for your own
lodging. Reserve your lodging early; rooms fill quickly.
A block of rooms has been reserved and you will need
to mention you are with the Creative Memories Great
Gathering block. All rooms in our block are traditional
suites with either 1 king or 2 queen beds. All rooms
have a mini refrigerator, two televisions and a separate
living area with a pullout twin-size sleeper. Special
group rates cannot be guaranteed after August 26,
2008. Call NOW to make your room reservations 866-
990-0202 – we only have 50 rooms in our block and this
retreat is being hosted by 3 consultants.
